Important: Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Synthicator handles subscription cancellations, refund requests, payment disputes, and billing-related matters. By purchasing or subscribing to any Synthicator product or service, you agree to this policy in full.

Synthicator provides digital products and services including proprietary trading tools, indicators, educational materials, and community access. These services are delivered either immediately or shortly after purchase, including manual activation processes such as granting access to TradingView scripts.

Because of the digital nature of our offerings and the fact that access is granted upon purchase (including manual provisioning where applicable), our refund and cancellation terms are structured accordingly.

Synthicator operates as an independent platform based in Kerala, India and is not currently a registered legal entity. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator(s) of Synthicator.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at helpsynthicator@gmail.com or through the payment or billing method used at the time of purchase (such as Razorpay, if applicable).

The following terms apply:

  • When you cancel a subscription, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Access is not terminated immediately upon cancellation.
  • Once the billing cycle ends, access to all premium features, indicators, tools, TradingView scripts, educational content, and community platforms will be removed.
  • You must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel on time.
  • No partial refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided for any unused portion of an active subscription period.
  • If you choose to re-subscribe in the future, pricing and plan features may differ from your original subscription.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases made through Synthicator are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase or required under applicable law.

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Purchases of digital products, indicators, trading systems, Pine Script tools, or educational content, as these are delivered upon purchase and cannot be returned
  • Subscription fees once a billing cycle has started, regardless of usage
  • Any unused time remaining after cancellation of a subscription
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results, performance of strategies, or market outcomes
  • Changes in personal circumstances, time availability, financial situation, or interest
  • Failure to use the Services during an active subscription period
  • Requests made after extended usage, including attempts to claim refunds weeks or months after access has been granted

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must contact us at helpsynthicator@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. All such requests will be reviewed individually, and any decision made will be at our sole discretion.

4. Billing Issues and Access Problems

If you experience any issues such as incorrect charges, failed access after payment, or technical problems related to activation (including TradingView access), please contact us promptly.

When reaching out, include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Date of transaction
  • Description of the issue

We aim to review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Valid billing errors will be corrected where applicable.

Since access to certain tools (such as TradingView indicators) may be granted manually, minor delays may occur. However, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely activation.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card provider, or payment gateway (including Razorpay) without first contacting Synthicator is considered a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Your account and access to all Synthicator Services may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence including transaction records, communication history, and access logs
  • Accounts involved in fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future access

We take misuse of payment systems seriously and will take necessary steps to protect our platform and community.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If Synthicator provides any free trial, discounted offer, or promotional pricing:

  • You must cancel before the trial or promotional period ends to avoid being charged
  • If not canceled in time, the subscription will automatically continue at the standard rate, and the charge will not be refundable
  • Promotional pricing applies only for the stated duration and may revert to standard pricing upon renewal
  • Only one trial or promotional access may be allowed per user. Attempts to bypass this limitation may result in account suspension

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
